1.External shell part

(1)Headlight transparent lens:Made of PC polycarbonate material with UV-proof and scratch-resistant coating on the surface. It is tightly sealed with the rear housing, transmitting light while preventing dust, water and internal dirt accumulation.

(2)Headlight rear housing:Injection-molded from engineering plastic, serving as the mounting base for all internal parts. Reserved with bulb maintenance opening, wiring harness interface, ventilation hole and mounting fixing lugs.

(3)Decorative inner lining frame / electroplated trim ring:Separates the areas of high beam, low beam, turn signal lamp and daytime running lamp; blocks stray light and beautifies the overall vehicle appearance.

(4)Headlight mounting bracket:Fixes the headlight assembly on the vehicle frame, bumper and fender, equipped with positioning holes and buffer rubber pads.

2.Optical System Components

(1)Reflector bowl:Parabolic aluminum-plated mirror structure, which converges and directionally projects the light beam, commonly used in basic halogen headlights.

(2)Convex lens assembly:Composed of convex lens, shading baffle and lens bracket. It cuts the light into a flat light pattern to avoid dazzling oncoming drivers, mostly applied to low beam, xenon and LED headlights.

(3)Light guide strip:Adopts the optical light guiding principle to convert LED point light source into uniform strip light, used for daytime running lamp and position lamp.

(4)Light distribution pattern:Optical texture inside the lens, fine-tunes light distribution for more even road illumination.

3.Light Source and Electrical Components

(1)Light source bodyLight source body:Halogen bulb, xenon lamp bead, LED lamp module, laser light source.

(2)Ballast:Specially used for xenon headlights, it boosts the vehicle 12V voltage to start and stabilize the operation of xenon light source.

(3)LED driver module:Provides constant current and voltage stabilization for LED, protects lamp beads and avoids burnout caused by voltage fluctuation.

(4)Turn signal / position light source:Independent bulb or LED lamp set, integrated inside the headlight assembly.

3.Q: What is the delivery time?
A: The delivery is depends on the storage. If the items we have in stock, we can make delivery within 7days. For the items need to be ordered the delivery is betwen20-45 days.
